Our crews have to be reactive as they may need to respond to emergency call outs. Each call from the client must be attended to as soon as possible, ensuring that a crew arrive on site within the deadlines agreed in our individual contracts.
The photograph below shows crew members responding to a emergency call out in Canterbury where a tree had fallen due to a storm. The tree needed to be felled in order to clear the area and to allow usage of the bridleway.
