Working as the Tilhill / Cleartrack partnership, a large site clearance operation required to make way for the construction of a bypass railway line around Milton Keynes station. The project required line side operations and simultaneous road side operations on a dual carriageway. Detailed planning and an innovative approach were the keys to successful delivery under time and under budget.
