We have Masternaut tracking devices installed in our plant and vehicles. Location updates are made available through satellite protocols and hence it is very accurate.  This information can be viewed on the Masternaut system and accessed with a log in on the internet.  This enables us to access accurate records of the location of our crews. The systems can also trace a vehicle’s speed, direction and fuel consumption. Masternaut is an exceptional asset to the company as we receive ‘total visibility’ from the tracking systems.

By mapping all of our contacts in the system we can quickly identify the vehicle closest to any job, reducing response times and unnecessary mileage.  This is a welcomed plus to the planning element of all our contracts inparticular where a decision can be made on who to send to a emergency call out without calling each of the crews to find out their location.
