Forestry thinning and clearance operations at the prestigious heathland golf course to improve the play of the course and to promote heathland restoration. Cleartrack’s Technical team selected trees for removal and obtain felling licences. Trees are removed and converted into marketable timber with proceeds being returned to the client. Stumps are removed and the topsoil scarified and levelled out to promote the regeneration of heather. The health and safety of golfers and members of the public is paramount as all operations are carried out while the course and public rights of way are still open.
