Thames Way, Fast Track Road Widening Project

The clearance of trees and other vegetation along 2 miles of the A226 in Northfleet to make way for road widening works. Working within a tight time frame, regular progress updates were required by the client along with detailed plans for recovery from unseen delays.

All operations were carried out within robust traffic management as the adjacent highway remained open to traffic throughout. The project was completed on schedule and to the full satisfaction of the client.
